　今日は朝一に三宮のゆきつけの喫茶店で新聞学習（NIE）をやりました。新聞の一面には民主代表選で、小沢氏の支持拡大、管氏は挙党態勢優先で話し合い決着が強まるという文字が躍っていました。しかし新聞というものは読むだけではすぐに忘れてしまいますが、アンダーラインを引っ張り、要約してノート整理すると頭に入ります。新聞が頭に入らず、よって読んでてもおもしろくないという人には、是非このアンダーラインを引っ張ってノート整理することをお勧めします。
　それから病院仲間の後輩とサッカーをやりました。しかし途中右足の大腿四頭筋に張りが出たので、肉離れになる前に大事を取って止めました。
　その後御影の行きつけの喫茶店で書き物をしていました。ここで書き物をするとすこぶる筆が進み、いろんな発想が浮かんでいい書き物の時間が持てました。何か僕の休日の過ごし方がワンパターン化してきましたが、その中にも興味を喚起して、新鮮さを取り入れて有意義なものにして行こうと思います。そして書き物をしている最中にトピックにしたことは、作業所での一人一人の会話能力です。朝礼と終礼の際の全員に回る今日の一言というのが小学生並みの舌足らずな、いやいや言っているとしか見えない一言に終わっています。｢がんばります｣よくて｢ぼちぼちがんばります｣というような形式的、ありきたりの言葉なのです。ほんとこの作業所には夢も、希望もないのだなと暗い気持ちになってしまいます。もっと会話能力をつけるべきです。一言の中に一つは人を笑わせたり、みんなが勉強になる薀蓄が含まれていて欲しいものです。僕も絶えずそれを心がけているのですが、どうしても朝礼や終礼の当番が次々とせかしていやいやする雰囲気の中では、言いたいことも言えず自分の本領が発揮できません。もっと一人一人が会話能力向上を目指して一言を思案していくべきだということを書き物の中で考えました。話す力というもの書く力と共にもっと向上させ身に付けてゆきたいものです。
